So I found out on Wednesday that my MRI came back ok and what is going on with me is not in my brain or my heart. That is the good news. It is definitely my ear but we are not sure what yet. I didn't test positive for any of the common ear issues so now there has to be more testing for irregular ear issues. I can choose to go on a water pill for 30 days and if it is that I have too much fluid in my left ear that will help; or I can have another test.
Your inner ear is covered by bone but there is a chance that a part of my inner ear is not covered by bone and that can cause dizziness, pain and some of the other things I've been experiencing with that ear. If that test comes back positive I would have to have a CAT scan for more detail and then surgery may or may not be necessary.
I am planning to do the water pill first for 30 days and see if that doesn't help. At least I know it is not a major organ. Thank you all for your concern and support it means the world to me.

I'm so glad to hear its not anything with your brain or heart :) Its so weird how one little thing can effect your whole body...let us know how the pills go :)

I have two friends who have similar issues from scuba diving. They were prescribed everything from valium to antibiotics. Good luck with this...how annoying.
